Our Mission
The goal of our office is to offer the highest standard of orthodontic care to our patients.
Appointments
Arriving Late for an Appointment
All appointments are given a grace period of 15 minutes. Patients arriving after the grace period will be required to reschedule their appointments. This policy will assist us with staying on schedule.
Afternoon Appointment Policy
Regular and shorter appointments are the only appointments to be scheduled in the afternoon. This policy allows us to see more patients during the after-school hours. Due to the high number of requests for after-school appointments, Red Orthodontics would like to be able to see a maximum number of patients every afternoon.
Any unscheduled loose and/or broken brackets will be rescheduled for repairs at the patient’s next appointment. Prior notification of loose and/or broken brackets is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in regards to this matter.
Early Release/Non-Compliant Patients
Red Orthodontics reserves the right to transfer patients who are non-compliant with our treatment plan. Patients who would like their braces removed prior to the completion of treatment are required to sign an early release form. The early release form is an acknowledgement that treatment was not completed at the patient’s and or parent’s request.
Final Payments
Patients who are ready to have their braces removed and have a delinquent account MUST be paid in full prior to or on the day of the scheduled removal. Red Orthodontics reserves the right to refuse removal of a patient’s braces until the account is paid in full.
Privacy Protection Policy
Due to our Privacy Protection Policy, parents who wish to be present in the treatment area to observe their child will be notified when the doctor and or assistant have begun treatment. The assistant will notify you when you may enter the treatment area.
